AMBASSADORS Represent NAWBO at member events, other organization's functions and trade shows
AWARDS Place members in nomination for community and business awards and select winners of NAWBO awards
BUDDY PROGRAM Help a new member get established in NAWBO
COMMUNICATIONS Newsletter, directory, branding to new national logo, e-communications
COMMUNITY ALLIANCES Assists in developing relationships with organizations in the Phoenix area for growth of both organizations in membership and support.
CORPORATE PARTNERS & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Assist in recruiting and retaining corporate partners and creating revenue opportunities for the Chapter and its members
EVENTS Solicits for items in raffle and silent auction prizes for annual holiday event.
FINANCE Assist in budgeting process and financial management/advisement of the chapter
GREETERS Welcome guests and members at luncheons
MEDIA RELATIOINS Assists in the creation and dissemination of press releases on NAWBO relation events and information. Works with the press to establish and maintain relationships with NAWBO.
MEMBERSHIP Recruitment and retention of members
MENTOR PROGRAM Be a mentor or mentee to another NAWBO member. New Committee members are accepted between July-September only.
NAWBO U Plan education seminars
NAWBOARDS Establish and/or support NAWBOARDS small groups
PROGRAMS & EVENTS Planning monthly meetings & hosting speakers; planning networking event (as needed)
PUBLIC POLICY Assists in developing relationships with governemtn agencies in Arizona and education of members regarding Public Policy.
