Women with Vision is NAWBO Phoenix’s annual signature event honoring women who are shaping Arizona’s economic future through leadership, innovation, policy, and community impact. Held in celebration of women’s collective power, this one-day experience brings together business owners, executives, policymakers, and community leaders for meaningful conversation, recognition, and connection.

All nominees are recognized publicly. One winner is selected per category by an independent awards committee.
Award Integrity & Selection Process

Nominees must demonstrate at least 12 months of sustained Arizona-based impact

Submissions must include specific outcomes, not general praise

Awards may be withheld if standards are not met

Final selections are made by the Awards Committee to ensure credibility and long-term prestige
